Homemade Health Bars
Apricot and Coconut Health Bar
2 cups pitted Medjool dates
2 cups dried apricots
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1.Pulse
ingredients together until a coarse paste forms. Push into a parchment
lined 8x8-inch baking dish. Place in the refrigerator to set and then
cut into bars.
Almond and Cranberry Health Bar
2 cups pitted Medjool dates
2 cups almonds
1 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons honey
1.Pulse
ingredients together until a coarse paste forms. Push into a parchment
lined 8x8-inch baking dish. Place in the refrigerator to set and then
cut into bars.
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Health Bar
2 cups Medjool dates
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1.Pulse
together dates, peanut butter and peanuts until a coarse paste forms.
Push into a parchment lined 8x8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate
chips over the top and lightly press into the mixture. Place in the
refrigerator to set and then cut into bars.
