Recipe below. Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs also makes amazing cheese fries. This recipe helps replicate that authentic cheesy potato when you can't drop by Coney Island!

Nathan's Cheese Fries
1 package crinkle fries, cooked to package instructions
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
Ketchup, to serve

1.Melt butter in a pan, stir in the flour and cook 1 minute. Whisk in evaporated milk and cayenne and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese. Serve over fries with ketchup.
